• The style of the menu (plated vs. buffet) does affect the pricing.
• When considering the children’s menu, we can do a separate menu. For example, chicken tenders and buttered pasta, or we can offer children’s portions on the preselected menu.
• Average cost for children is $10 – $12. (Children 12 and under are subject to this price)
• The dollar amount listed as “price per person” includes: food, non-alcoholic beverages, general set up & clean up.
• Any additional setup such as favors, place cards, table setup and breakdown, etc… is an additional fee.
• Plates, glassware, and flatware can be included for a low flat rate for venue with a commercial dishwasher.
• White Cotton napkins are available at no additional charge.
• We can provide disposable options at an additional price.
• 20% gratuity for service
• Service included at 20% is for 4 hours.
• Additional service time will require additional gratuity.
• Depending on menu, location, amount of people, or event.
• Additional stations such as sushi, oyster bars, and made-to-order stations will require additional chef fees per station.
• This is a circumstantial fee depending on the venue and style of event at the catering management’s discretion.
(Two different pricing options)
#1 – Based on consumption at the following prices: Domestic Beers @ $3.30, Imports/Craft @ $4.00,
Wine by the Glass starting @ $5.50, and Liquor Drinks starting @ $5.00.
• Special requested wines, beers and liquors will be priced accordingly.
#2 – Per person pricing at a typical 4 hour event is $25 per person plus tax and gratuity.
• This price will be raised based on the type of beer, wine or liqueur requested.
• Prices are subject to change with market prices.
• Kegs are also available.
• Specialty liquors upon request.
• Bar services required if event is held at 1587 Restaurant.
• We do offer bar packages – Sodas, mixers, garnishes. Flat rate price will depend on the amount of people.
• We offer glassware rental at discounted pricing for clients at some venues.
Bartenders are $250 for 4 hours per bartender
• We have experienced & knowledgeable servers. We base the amount of servers for a party on the amount of guests.
• Food service is included in the pricing and gratuity listed above.
• Additional fees may apply if additional servers are needed outside of our normal service setup.
(This only applies for table side service or a special request of additional servers)
• Example: 20-25 people per one server for a buffet/station menu. 10-15 people per one server for plated menu.
(This is an estimate and may change at the discretion of the catering management)
• Buffet/Stations do not require nearly the amount of servers and chefs as a plated meal.
• Our servers and bartenders are dressed in all black.
• Available after Labor Day and before Memorial Day. (Exception: Mondays and Tuesdays)
• Minimums required to reserve space. (Ask for more detail)
• Events ending prior to 5:00 pm will receive discounted rates.
• Entire Inn must be booked in order to set up an event on the premises.
• Day of Coordination is provided at an additional fee.
• Discounts are available if both restaurant and Inn are booked together.

We can offer our experience and organizational skills in helping you with RSVPs, menu cards, place cards, table set up, event clean up and breakdown, timelines, vendors, vendor recommendations, bridal parties and family scheduling, décor that you have so thoughtfully planned, and all other details that come along with planning a wedding.

• We are able to flexible with most pricing based on the amount of guests and event budget. Additional services can be grouped with day-of and priced accordingly.

• Family and Bridal Party on wedding day: Guidance for participants throughout wedding day.
• Placement of linens, favors, guest book, cake knife, etc.
• Collecting linens, favors, guest book, cake knife, etc. at the conclusion of evening.
• Management of all details through ceremony and reception.
• Cake Cutting *with Booking of 1587 Catering.
• Champagne Toast *with Booking of 1587 Catering.
• $100 Off if catering booked with 1587 Catering.
• Name Cards, Escort Cards, and Seating Chart Planning and Setup.

In the same style of how we write our menus, we also design around your tastes and style, whether your style is traditional or you have more of a modern edge… we can take our years of experience and our great resources to fashion a tablescape, ceremony site, reception site, or rental house into your dream wedding venue!
